Rather than treating individual lines or areas in isolation, she considers what each part of the face needs structurally and functionally, and plans accordingly. This is why Clare frequently recommends a combination of treatments over time rather than applying more of a single product — because different treatments have different jobs, and the best outcomes come from using each one where it is genuinely most effective.
All treatment at Clare Hird Aesthetics begins with an in-person consultation — never a same-day decision. Clare takes a full medical history, discusses your goals and concerns, carries out a detailed facial assessment, and explains what she recommends and why, including realistic expectations and the risks involved.
As an independent prescriber, Clare writes all prescriptions herself following a face-to-face assessment. There is no remote prescribing and no treatment without a proper clinical review first. Consultations are thorough, relaxed and completely no-obligation.

She has been practising aesthetics for over a decade and brings the clinical discipline of nursing to everything she does — including a commitment to thorough consultation, honest advice and safe practice.
All treatments are performed by Clare personally. She does not employ other practitioners or delegate treatments. She is insured with Hamilton Fraser and works within the ethical framework of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
