Dermal fillers are injectable gels — most commonly made from hyaluronic acid (HA), a substance found naturally in the skin — used to restore volume, define contours and smooth deeper lines that muscle-relaxing injections cannot address.
HA fillers are temporary and, importantly, reversible. If you are ever unhappy with the result, the filler can be dissolved using hyaluronidase. Clare also uses Radiesse, a calcium hydroxylapatite filler, for structural support and collagen stimulation in areas like the cheeks and hands.
Clare treats lips, cheeks, jawline, nasolabial folds (the lines from nose to mouth), marionette lines, chin, and tear troughs.

Clare assesses facial proportions, volume distribution and structural support as a whole, rather than treating individual areas in isolation. She takes a detailed medical history, discusses your goals and concerns, and explains exactly what she is planning before anything is agreed. You will never be treated at the same appointment as your first consultation.

Dermal filler carries a small number of serious risks which Clare discusses in detail at your consultation. These are rare but important to understand.
Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol and heat for 24–48 hours after treatment. Avoid facials and massage for 2 weeks. Some swelling is normal, particularly with lips — take photos at day 5 and day 14 to compare. Contact Clare immediately if you experience any unusual pain, blanching of the skin, or changes to your vision.
This varies by area and product. Lips typically last 6–9 months. Cheeks and jawline 12–18 months. This depends on your metabolism, lifestyle and the product used.
Yes — hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved at any time using an enzyme called hyaluronidase. This is a core safety tool, and Clare keeps it in stock.
Clare uses a topical anaesthetic cream before lip filler, and the filler itself contains lidocaine. Most people find it very manageable — mild pressure rather than sharp pain.
This is a specific injection pattern for the lips, focusing on height and cupid's bow definition rather than projection. Clare can discuss whether this is appropriate for your lip anatomy at consultation.
Yes, but Clare will assess any existing filler before treatment. In some cases she may recommend dissolving old filler before adding new product to achieve the best result.
HA (hyaluronic acid) filler is soft, versatile and reversible. Radiesse is a thicker, calcium-based filler that stimulates collagen and provides more structural support — ideal for areas needing lift. It is not reversible with hyaluronidase.
